License of Minpromtorg the Russian Federation

For all the products included into the Unified list of the goods subject to licensing upon import into the single customs territory of the Customs Union (hereinafter - the Unified list), it is necessary to obtain the license for import (export) from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg).

Primarily members of foreign economic activity need to obtain a license, who import goods included in paragraphs 2.16 and 2.19 of the Unified list of goods, i.e. electronic equipment and high-frequency devices, as well as cryptographic equipment.
